I listen to a wide variety of genres but my favorites are japanese city-pop, reggae, dancehall, bashment, ska, dub, surf rock, beach rock, indie, alt rock, punk rock, most kinds of rock honestly, folk, bossa nova, traditional mexican music, traditional igbo music (elite ball knowledge if you know what this is), and high-life (elite ball knowledge here too).
however, i do avoid some genres too. its only heavy metal, hiphop/rap, and jazz. heavy metal is overstimulating but for some reason im a-okay with nu-metal. i actually like hiphop/rap but the lyrics are almost always too diabolical for my dainty ears. jazz, i just don't like jazz. nothing wrong with jazz, i just dont like it.
I play piano (technically keyboard but same thing), and ukulele (i know what you're thinking it's not that). The insturment I'm the #1 best at is the air guitar though B)
